In 1995, the duration of national and international had 38 billions, which was 34 billions higher than that of mobiles, the lowest point. Over a course of 6 years starting from 1995, national and international calls rose gradually to 55 billions and then hit the plateau at the end of the survey. However, the conversation duration on mobile phone showed a significant increase to 45 billions in 2002 although it remained the lowest point.
In 1999, the number of minutes using local-fixed line reached a peak of the list, 90 billions after increasing gradually between 1995 to 1998. Meanwhile, this figure decreased noticeable to 72 billions and as many as that of its at the end of the period shown.
