I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the furniture which is not into good condition. Let me Introduce myself, I am Jenn, your renter residing in Asha Complex Flat no#24, facing an issue with the furniture, which has been provided by you, while hiring the flat.
To embark with, it was clearly communicated while leasing the room, that you will be replacing the old furniture which is completely outdated with the new one and we are actually facing trouble with the worst condition of it. Likewise, the bed in the master room also has the similar condition. Out of the four corner side, one got broken from the bottom.
I would be really grateful, if you could replace the old furniture with the new one.
