Your friend has asked you to help him/her to find a music teacher for his/her child. Write a letter to your friend that you have found a suitable teacher. In your letter, you should tell:
-what experience the teacher has
-why you think he/she is suitable
-how to get in touch with the teacher.
Dear Jane,
I hope this letter finds you in best of your health. You will be delighted to know that I have found a professional music teacher for Suzy here in our town. Now she can learn the art of singing without any hassle.
The name of the teacher is Mr.Radhe Krishnan, he has been teaching music at the National University for the last 10 years. He is not only a proficient classical singer but also an experienced instructor. Moreover, he was also honoured with the President award for best teacher in 2016.
According to me, Mr.Krishnan is best for Suzy because of various reasons. Firstly, he is a classical singer and Suzy is extremely profound of this kind of music and will definitely love it. Secondly, he takes classes on weekends also, which I suppose the most convenient time for you and your daughter, considering your sedentary life.
For more information, I am attaching the visiting card of the teacher you can contact him directly. Also, you can refer my name to him, as I already had a talk with him regarding this.
Hope to see you soon.
Yours loving,
Prabh
