write a letter to an organizer about the hotel you stayed who booked the hotel for you

What you did not like about the hotel
what you want organizer to do
Dear Mr. Smith
I am writing this letter in order to express my disappointment regarding the services of The Stars hotel, Sydney, booked through your agency for my business meeting with a client.
To explain my inconvenience, I would like to tell you that when I reached the hotel, firstly the receptionist found no room booking on my name but when I showed them the e-generated booking slips, they offered me a non air-conditioning room instead of air-conditioning one. however, my client was all over his way to the hotel, I agreed to reside in the room they alloted me. when I entered the room, I found it to be impossible for anyone to stay as the temperature was very high over there. Then, I again requested the manager to shift my room after which he asked me to shift to that of on fifth floor. Unfortunately, the lift over there was out of work due to which I was supposed to climb the stairs. it was the worst living arrangement I cam across.
however, I would suggest you to be very careful for the next time whenever I ask you to book a residential place. Also, I would request you to make a compensation for my inconveniences if possible.
In an appreciation of your prompt reply.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Ankita Sharma
