The bar graph gives detailed information about how many mobile phones of five different brands were sold over a period of 5 years. Looking more closely at the chart, it is obvious from the data that there are considerable discrepancies in market sales in each brand.
According to the chart, there was an upward trend in the sales of Samsung and Apple in the period. Samsung could sell mobile phones at 225 million units in 2009. In 2013, the sales of Samsung's phone were twice from the beginning, while Apple sales were approximately 150 million units which were more than those in 2009 by sevenfold.
Nokia and LG worldwide market sales, nevertheless, decreased in this period. In the first three years, Nokia's sales were above 400 million units, but the sales dropped to half of the starting sales by 2013. Unlike Nokia, LG market sales declined slightly from 120 at the beginning to 90 million units sold at the end. It is interesting to note that the change of ZTE's sales was almost the same at around 85 million units sold.
