The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The two pie charts illustrate the feedback about the hotel's customer services and given by the people who visited the Parkway Hotel. The rating was provided by the 100 guests in the period of 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the public rated the customer services as excellent was made the least segment, while satisfactory made the highest feedback in 2005. In comparison, at 2010 good feedback became the largest rated part and the lower feedback was made by very poor.
In 2005, the satisfactory feedback accounted for 45% and it almost half of the sector and it is the highest rating given by the visitors. In opposite to satisfactory rating, excellent and good rating was at the least place with 5% and 14% respectively. The very poor and poor feedback both combine and provide almost 36%.
In 2010, Good and excellent feedback is varied largely with 39% and 28% wherein 2005, both contains 19% only. The good news is very poor is reduced by 10% in 2010 while poor feedback has plummeted to 12% from 21%. Unfortunately, satisfactory rating decreased by around more than half.
