Letter for suggesting local personality for a local award
Dear sir or Madam,
I am Dr Maii Hosny, ophthalmology specialist, I am from Mansoura and I have lived here for the last 10 years. I am writing as regard to your local award that will be offered for people helping the community.
I would like to recommend Ms. Hoda Al Swedy for this award. Apart from her known efforts with different charities for helping poor especially in the rural areas, she has recently been involved in a promising new project for construction of a new hospital for management of oncology among children.
Not only she has donated the land for the project to the local council, but also she offered 5 million pounds as a debate for the main budget of the hospital which is predicted to be not less than 20 million pounds.
As a result of all her known contributions in helping the community, I strongly recommend her for this award.
As regard the award itself, I think giving her name to the new hospital could be a good idea, especially after finishing the construction and on the induction of working next year.
I hope you will give my suggestion your immediate attention.
