You are going to take a vacation soon and want your friend to go with you. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter, you should:
– Tell him/her why you want the holiday/vacation
– Describe your plan
– Invite him/her to go with you.
Hi John,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I'm writing this letter to ask you to accompany me on my vacation to South Africa in the month of March.
To be honest with you, I'm snowed under with work and in need of a much-needed break from monotonous work. Therefore, I was planning to take out some time relaxing and rejuvenating myself in the forests of Africa. So, when I come back I can start my work with a refreshing and energetic mood.
With regard to the plan, I remember last time you've mentioned your friend Josephs' trip to South Africa and how amazing it was. So I've also decided to visit there and witness the mesmerizing beauty of Africa's wildlife sanctuary and gigantic mountains, as this would also help me in writing my project thesis on wildlife. I would rather go with you than alone as we share perfect bonding with each other. I was wondering to plan this trip during the Christmas holidays as we have almost a week's work off during that time.
With regard to a companion, there would not be anyone as good as you are. I really enjoyed our last trip to Thailand and want to make this holiday memorable with you as my partner. I'm pretty sure that you will enjoy this trip by experiencing the panoramic beauty of Africa's forest and hilly life.
I hope you'll not turn me down and start your preparation with full enthusiasm for this trip.
Your's lovingly,
Donald
