A huge number of students choose to study English independently on a self study basis rather than attend a formal course. However, without the assistance of a teacher, students often find it difficult to manage their studies.
to what extent do you agree or disagree?
class="when">when class="it">it comes to learning class="english">english as a second language, a large proportion of students opt for self-study instead of joining a class="formal">formal class held by a teacher. The absence of a teacher to manage the process of learning is a big deal and could affect the outcome. In my opinion, even though learning class="english">english by yourself as a freelancer has some advantages the presence of a teacher to manage the procedure of learning is essential.
Choosing to self-study class="english">english has plenty of advantages. class="it">it is cheaper, you do not have to commute to class every often and you do class="it">it class="when">when you have free time, to name a few on the subway or class="when">when you are waiting for somebody. Other positive points is that you completely focus on the skills that you are weak and adjust class="it">it according to your pace of learning while class="when">when you attend a class the materials are selected by the teacher and he decides what you should practice.
attending a class="formal">formal class managed by a teacher is a wiser approach to effective learning. I personally have the experience of being a self-study student and after a while I recognised that, despite the fact that the formality of attending a class and paying for class="it">it might seems to be inefficient but over the long run class="formal">formal classes managed by a good teacher deliver far better results and class="it">it is due to the fact that learning a new language is a time-consuming process and class="it">it should be led by an expert.
In conclusion, considering the process of learning a language a long and tedious journey class="it">it is not only wise but essential to ask for the help and guidance of an expert teacher.
