You recently ordered a small item online but when it arrived it was unusable.
Write a letter to the company that sold you the item. In the letter:
• give details about the order you made – wrist watch for men, Fastrack , model, color price.
• explain what was wrong with the item - different color of strap, scratch on the dial, stopped workin.
• tell the company what you want them to do about it – refund / replace
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a frequent customer and hold a gold membership card from your company’s online store. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a recent purchase on your online store, order number #D7844. To specify, I ordered a Fastrack smart wrist watch for men. It was a black color watch and the model number is Fasttrack Reflex 2.0.
To begin with, yesterday, I received my order and I was quite excited. When I unboxed the item I noticed that the color of the strap is yellow instead of black. Moreover, it has some scratches on the dial of the watch. I was totally shocked and distress with the item I have purchased from your website.
This item was totally unusable. Therefore, I initiate a return of the item on your website. I would really appreciate if you could address this issue on immediate attention and refund the full amount of the purchase. I would like you to offer me a discount for my next purchase on your eCommerce website.
I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Deepak Sharma
