Modern society is becoming more concerned about the increase in juvenile crime.
What do you think is the cause of the increase in juvenile crime?
What solutions can you suggest?
There are growth in rate of crime committed by young delinquents which leads society to be concerned its outcomes. There are several reasons which will be discussed in this essay.
Primary reason for this trend is that the authority hasn’t organized well- prepared operation above teenagers and children. Children tend to be not sufficient mental and intellectual capacity to evaluate their misdeeds whether it is true. Some information about constitution and what kind of treats is considered offensive towards state’s legality should be given to warn them. As they know what consequences it will deliver they become unwilling to make violation. In addition to this, not imposing strict punishment for their wrong behavior is also one prompt that teenagers don’t keep themselves away from crime. As they have prevalence when they are under than 18, it seems that they are not afraid of committing any misdeeds by taking age dominance into consideration.
Establishing some informative campaign about legality to make them conscious of outcome of the misdeed is also one solution to increase rate. As they know what sort of punishment they get if they commit, the rate of juvenile crime may decrease in a considerable amount. Furthermore, when official introduced all information to juniors, it is much more justifiable to treat with them as adult since young offenders were aware about what consequences it will lead. However, it is much more reliable government should take some steps towards deterring the children getting involved in crime related groups instead punishing them harshly.
To sum up, to deter children from getting involved with crime and to enfeeble growth of young offenders are to take some campaign to inform about produce of crime and its effect to individuals’ life.
