The diagram depicts the main principle of producing energy by using a wave-energy machine as well as its possible locations.
Overall, the machine itself consists of 2 chambers and turbine which rotates, while location options include only 2 variants with different pros and cons.
According to the data, the main idea stands on water and air interaction. When a wave comes into the lower chamber of the machine, a water level increases within this section, so it forces air to flow through holes into the upper chamber. In this section the turbine attached to an electricity generator, so when the air flow comes through it, the turbine rotates and the generator produce electricity. In addition, the turbine also intakes outside air and convey it into the lower chamber.
Building variants include installation near the coast and construction far in the sea. The first option means that installation costs will be low as well as electricity output due to small waves. The installation method into a deep water requires high installation costs, but because of large waves the output will be high.
