Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a frequent customer of your web store and hold a gold membership. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent purchase from your company's online store on 5th January.
Allow me to elaborate, I placed an order (order number #D4555) for MI 4 Pro Smart TV from your company website. It was a blue color 42 inches android based television and recently launched. I received my order within the given time frame and I was quite impressed with the delivery. However, when I unboxed it, I found that TV's remote control and user's manual were missing. I was distress to experience such type of service from your company.
Furthermore, I think it is worth to mention that I was quite excited when MI company launched this product in the market. Without any delay, I decided to purchase this TV because I wanted to enjoy Cricket World Cup-2020 on the large screen. Moreover, my children wish to enjoy watch Youtube on the smart TV. This delivery was vital for me and my family. Unfortunately, it does work as it was expected.
I, therefore, I would like you to address my concern on a priority basis because it is all about your company's reputation and goodwill. I would like you to replace the item with the new one. I am quite certain this time your company will not disappoint me. Moreover, I would not mind placing my next order from your eCommerce website if you could offer me an attractive discount.
I look forward to receiving a replacement.
Yours faithfully,
Deepak Sharma
