Dear John,
I am writing this letter in connection with the accommodation that you arranged for me is having noise problem and I would like to change to another room if possible.
The room itself is fine for me but during early morning before sunrise, the unstopped noise come from upstairs, such as loudly music or heavy steps. I recalled that you mentioned to me one of the problems of this acient house would have caused sound-proof problem. It is understandable for people to cook their food in the morning, but being quiet is controllable behaviour.
There is no any changes after I discussed with them last Sunday. I will so much appriciate that you could be able help me to talk them, volume down and walk it lightly in certain time. Otherwise, I prefer change to another room if the negociation cannot be done. Without ample sleep, my short course target in here is unachieveable.
Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind reagards,
Joe
