The bar chart illustrates sales of diverse digital games ( mobile phone games, online games, console games, and handheld games) all over the world in the years between 2000 and 2006. All units are measured by billion-dollar.
It can be seen that the handheld games steadily increased from 2000 to 2006 along with the mobile phone games which were appeared from 2002 and the online games that were appeared since 2001. However, The global sales of console games were dipped stably in a given 6 years. In the first year the least kind of sales of digital games through the world while the most kind of sales all over the world in 2006.
With regards to the handheld games, it steadily went in front of all digital games in the chart of global sales. Also, it raised jumped from marginally under 12 billion in 2000 dollars to slightly under 18 billion dollars in 2006. Console games, however, dipped by nearly 3 billion dollars, in other words, it went down from closely under billion dollars to considerably billion dollars in 6 years.
In 2001 digital games expanded by another digital game called online games it peaked up at a little close 1 billion. In 2002 mobile phone games came with nearly over 1 billion dollars finally, the online games reached about 9 billion dollars and mobile phone games climbed at nearly 7 billion.
