Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I humbly accept the invitation to the speech that I will give it to at an international meeting at ZZZ college.
I would like to suggest the date of the 1st of August because that is the very first day at the meeting so I prefer a good start. My speech will have 3 parts. Firstly, introduce the history of my country and let all the guests have the main concept, then, I will concentrate to talk about the recent event in China, which is how the people celebrate spring festival in the family because that is the most important thing in my country. Finally, I would like to deliver how the Chinese welcome everyone to come and view that land wholeheartedly.
I have never been to ZZZ college before, therefore, I hope you could arrange a laptop, a projector, and a well-sounded microphone so I am able to give a good speech.
Thank you for giving me this amazing opportunity and I would not let you down.
Yours faithfully,
Joe
