Dear Madan,
Hope you and your family are fine. If you remember that I told you at last letter, I mentioned that I was looking a new apartment as the lease of old apartment had expired. Happy to share you that I found a new apartment and moved to the apartment on 11th April and it is located in the Saidapet, Chennai .
The Apartment is studio type with lot of amenities like indoor game ,gym,park and swimming pool. You know that in my old apartment do not have the club house and swimming pool. Also the maintenance of the apartment is not upto worth for money what we gave. In this apartment people are hosting the lot of parties in the club house. I think in this year my birth day will host in this club house.
The good news is this apartment is very close to my office, I can reach my office within 15 mins, compared to old apartment will take 1 hour to reach the office. Finally, I am glad that now I get to spend more time with my family and further studies. I was thinking if you can come and visit me next month. There are many god restaurant and night clubs nearby my area and I sure we both will have great time
