The diagram describes the production of steel rods which is shown in the process in the furniture industry. It is noticeable that the first process is the mixing of raw material and inspection is the final process.
In the first stage, raw materials which are iron ore, yellow ore, and carbon are mixed. Then, these materials are heated at a temperature between 1300 and 1500 Celcius in the melting slit. Next, these compounds are moved into the smelting cabin for the refinement process. In the following stages, the Ingot pour process is started to pour the metal into ingots.
After ingots are ready, these compounds are distributed to the rolling by using strands of cooled metal which make the ingots to drop its temperature at about 60-100 C. IN the following process, the heat treatment process is started by using the heating machine, then the metal that is produced take some final procedures which are surface check by using automated measurement, sizing the material by using the cutter, and marking by using ID stamping. Then, the last process for this production is an inspection to check the quality.
