Glasses are harmful for birds

Essay topics:

Glasses are harmful for birds

The reading asserts that Mars and Moon are considered as suitable alternatives as living planets, though Venus's harsh and inhospitable environment makes it impossible for humans to inhabit. The reading discusses three reasons to support this claim. However. the speaker casts doubt on each of them.
First and foremost, the reading mentions Venus's pressure is 90 times more that of Erath's; so almost everything on the venus [S3] will be crushed over in only a few hours after landing. The speaker, however, suggests establishing a station floating in higher altitudes -about 50 kilometers above Venus's surface where the pressures are the same as that of earth-.
Moreover, the author asserts that no existence of water reservoirs and oxygen makes Venus [S7] an impractical option to live. Additionally, supplying water and oxygen from earth to Venus is an unprofitable [S8] approach as well. On the other hand, the speaker suggests producing water and oxygen by combining chemical compounds that are already on Venus like carbon dioxide and sulfuric acid. So they will not need supplying them from the earth.
Finally, the reading discusses the thicks [S9] clouds of Venus which reflect 60 percent of the sunlight that reaches Venus. Moreover, the carbon dioxide underneath the clouds blocks a great amount of light as well. As a result, producing [S10] electricity or power via solar power is not practical. On the contrary, the lecturer believes that the clouds are not that thick to reflect a high percentage of the light and proposes using that reflected light to make electricity and power for machines and pieces of equipment.
