Some people think job satisfaction is more important than job security. But others believe that people can not always enjoy their jobs and having a permanent job is more important. Discuss both view and give your opinion.
Job is the most important to earn a living, the main source of peoples income. Millions of people are working to put food on the table and to provide better life for the family, while some thinks that chosen profession made them feel pleasurable and achievement. However, according to my perspective, having job satisfaction is essential for people who are aiming career growth, while having permanent job is most important for financially in need.
On the one hand, a lot of possible reasons why a person satisfied in their respective job. Firstly, employers are giving attractive compensation and additional benefits, thus, employee are motivated to work hard. Secondly, workers are giving opportunities for learning and improve their skills and help in professional growth, by means of giving recognition and appraisal. Lastly, having a good and harmonious relationship to employer and co-workers leads work become productive and enjoyable. My mother celebrated her 40th years in service; love, loyalty, and hard work to that company are undeniable and truly amazing and waiting to her retirement end this year.
On the other hand, having a continuous job is the most vital for people who are in need. Jobs are their bread and butter, that’s why its peoples financial security. Some people endure and sacrifice in job even they are not satisfied and happy at all. Difficult to search for a new job, luck of skills, low salary and not qualified for the position are the hindrance in transferring to other job. Furthermore, people work hard to provide family’s basic need like food, education and shelter.
In conclusion, having job is the major income of people; it will lead them to financial stability and work gratification. Whatever person’s occupation, fruit of hard work and self fulfillment matters. Strive to do best to achieve goal.
