Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know that I purchased a product from your website but it was broken when I handed in it.

Firstly, I need to explain deeply in terms of the product that I bought. I ordered a laptop because my previous one did not work properly. I found that the one of your goods was the best to me because the shape of the laptop looks very nice such as 15 inches of screen and useful keypad and also the specificaions are very efficient.

I would like to describe what damage was on the laptop after receiving. When I opened a box, a plenty of scratches on the surface and some cracks on the keyboard. Morever, no battery involved even though the introduction on the website said that there is a free battery included.

I request that you need to exchange an alternative laptop. As I mentioned, it is totally damaged, so I cannot use it with the broken keypad and unclear screen. Furthermore, there is no battery to operate, so all you have to do is to improve the customer's satisfaction, please trade a clean and new one.
