By passing time and advancement in technology everything has been facilitated. However, humans in modern societies struggle with problems which it seems solve easy, but incredibly most people suffer from sleep deprivation.
There are wide range of reasons which is taken into consideration. Firstly, nowadays people’s lifestyle has been changed around the world. overcrowding the fast pace of life leads to sleep deprivation. Secondly, since most people have a tight schedule and they do not have sufficient time for relaxing, they are more likely to deal with stress. Consequently, these kind of painful emotions result in facing lack of sleep. Thirdly, as a result of widespread use of the Internet, people spend a sizable amount of time on PCs, laptop and cellphones. The signals which are sent from electronic devices might have an adverse effect on sleep.
The best way to catch up on sleep is that people take a nap during a day. It helps them to boost physical stamina for a couple of moments. Therefore, they are more likely to sleep easily at night. Another thing that is essential is that avoid staying up through the night. One’s who are sleep deprived should manage their time in order to go to bed early. In addition, people’s like them should not drink coffee and tea before sleeping because this type of drinks have caffeine that have a negative effect on sleep.
In conclusion, since sufficient sleep plays a vital role in our life, we should raise public awareness about sleeping and the consequence of sleep deprivation.
