The american consume much lower percentages of these nutrients while they have their lunch. Their absorption of sodium, fats and sugar in lunch are 29%, 26% and 29% respectively.
Opposite for dinner and lunch, breakfast and snack supply a much smaller amount of nutrients. However, nearly a half of added sugar is found in food for snacks,which is the biggest sugar amount compared to other dishes. Sodium gains aminority proportion and fats occupies more than a fifth in snacks. Besides, USA citizens' supplements intake during breakfast is comparatively lower, around14-16% each category.
