2) Why is it suitable for him?
3) How to apply for the job?
Dear Joel
I hope that you are doing fine. I thought about you yesterday while I was checking my Linkedin page. One of my former colleagues is currently looking to fill up a vacancy in his current company. He is looking to hire an experienced IT engineer with proven knowledge in programming and web design. This position it's based in downtown central. Working nine to five, Mondays to Fridays.
As soon as I finished reading the offer I instantly think that you were a perfect fit for this position. As I recall you had extensive experience in programming and web designing. Also, you had an impressive resume throughout your career because of your work ethics. I will blindly recommend you for this job. So if you need any references don't hesitate to put me in your resume.
I did send you an email with the information on how to apply for this job. First of all, you will have to create a username and password. Secondly, you will have to fill-up the form with your data and upload an updated resume. Finally, you will be asked to accept the terms and submit the application.
My friend, I would love to hear from you soon. Good luck
Carlos
