Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you in connection with my stay at your esteemed hotel 'The Hilton' last week. My booking had been done for two nights and three days from 15th July till 17th July for an air-conditioned double-bedded room. I regret to say that the cooling system in the room was quite inadequate.
As you are aware that the temperature these days are very high, the cooling issue caused a lot of inconvenience to me. I had booked the room for attending a close friend's wedding in the city but I found difficulty living in the room. I contacted the reception to get the air-conditioner repaired, but they said that it would not be possible to be done for the next two days. Besides, when I asked for a transfer to another room, I was said that the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, I had to request my friend to help me with some accommodation where I could stay for the rest of the days.
In order to avoid such issues in the future, I would want you to keep a check on all equipment installed in your hotel rooms before and after a guest leaves/enters. In this way, the guest's comfort will not be affected by any haphazard.
I hope you will look into this matter seriously.
Yours faithfully,
Khushbu Solanki
