Dear Sir\Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to the recent announcement about shutting down the sports and entertainment center in our community. My name is Harpreet, and i have been a resident of this society for the last 15 years. Since the day we heard this news, we could not give a rest to our minds, as this center has become an indispensable part of our lives.
Not only me and my friends go to this facility to play several sports such as basketball and cricket but also my parents as well as their friends regularly go there for the walk and do yoga in an open ground available in this center. Furthermore, there are numerous rides and leisure activities, which is a great place for children to have some fun time in this crowded city after a long day at school.
As you know, there is no other such facility available in this area except this center. If this establishment had closed, there would be no place for us to go for any physical ventures and entertainment activities. As a result, people may end up being lethargic, and this would lead to an unhealthy community.
I hope you would consider my request to cancel this plan to demolish this infrastructure, that would be really appreciable.
