Owned accommodations continued to increase to 50% in 1971, while leased accommodations continued to decrease to the same number, at 50%, in 1971.
In 1981, owned housings began to increase and stood at 60%, while leased housings began to decrease to 40%. After 1981, possessed accommodations continued to rise to approximately 69% at 2001, before slightly dropped to about 65% in 2011.
