Dear Mr. Kelly
I'm writing in connection with the school trip planned for the next month to Windsor Castle and Bath City. While reading the notice regarding this, I came across the request for parents to assist with this trip. I would be happy to be to come along and help in out as much as possible.
I have recently quit my full time job to move to another company in the summer, which leaves me with a lot of free time and I think it will be a good use of my bandwidth. Since my son Noah is severely allergic to nuts, it will give a chance to keep an eye onn his diet.
I also want to let you know that I have been to the castle last year and got a detailed guided tour of the location. So, I can not only advice on the best route to cover the most, but also take the students around myself.
I would like to know if will get some free time during the day and if I can bring my laptop along as I have some trainning to complete before I start at my new company. Also, request if you could let me now the list of duties the school expects from the parents so I can prepare accordingly.
