The two pie graphs provide information on the findings of a survey which was conducted in 2005 and 2010 and required from one hundred guests of Parkway Hotel to review the hotel and express how satisfied they were by the level of customer service.
Overall, it becomes evident that the hotel has witnessed dramatic progress from 2005 to 2010 in terms of attending to its customers’ needs and desires.
By looking at both pie charts in more detail it is safe to say that in 2005 close to fifty percent of people visiting Parkway Hotel rated the hotel as average. 15 percent and 21 percent of visitors considered the hotel’s customer service very poor and poor respectively, and 14 percent and 5 percent thought of their stay as good and excellent accordingly.
However, five years later things have turned significantly better for the hotel. Close to 70 percent of the customers rated hotel’s service as good or excellent, and 17% as average. The remaining 16 percent remained unsatisfied.
