The chart below shows the movement of people from rural to urban areas in three countries and predictions for future years.
The line graph compares the quantity of people moving from rural area to city of all
three different countries between 2000 and 2020 and the projection for 2025.
As can be seen from the chart that the number of residents changing their
accomodation from rural area to urban area has a tendency to increase over the
shown period .Later it will remain a stable upward to 2025 in Country A and Country
C except for Country B .
In 2000, Country A had about 18 millions inhabitants with the highest position in
three countries. This was followed by Country B and Country C , approximately 10
millions and 8 millions accordingly. Over the period of 20 years, this figure still
witnessed a significant growth in urbanist population of Country A and Country B
,climbing up to 80 millions people , is roughly three times higher than that of Country
C with the number nearly 30 millions.
By 2025, Country A and Country B are two nations being predicted to continue
growing , around 85 millions and 90 millions respectively whilst there will have a
slightly drop in Country C , with decrease of 28 millions.
