The diagrams show the differences between a single room and a double room. In general, the rental cost of double room is slight ly higher than that of single room, followed by a lot more facilities.
looking at the size, the single room is 15 m15 square metres while the figure of the double room is 24 square metres. Besides, the single room costs $200 per week and price for the double room is $350. Both kitchens have the same acreage and facilities such as stoves, sink and microwaves. There are 2 bookshelves between kitchen and bathroom in the single room, but the double room has a table outside the kitchen. Moreover, while the double room has 2 bedrooms with a window in each room, the single room has only 1 bedroom and no window.
The centre areas of both room also have some significant differences. In the single room, there is a cubboard, while study desk and TV occupy in opposite walls. In constrast, there are 2 cubboards, a TV, extra bookshelves in the middle of the double room, which has 2 study desks and bookshelves on the other walls.
