Overall, it is noticeable that most males who trained on a regular basis were those aged 15 to 24, while most females who worked out habitually were those in age group of 45 to 54.
In detail, highest proportion of male who exercised regularly was found in male aged 15 to 24, at 52.8%. This number was then followed by age group 65 and over, and 55 to 64, which has close percentage, at 46.7% and 45.1%, respectively. Next, male aged 45 to 54 and 25 to 34 came at the 4th and 5th place, which accounted at 43.1% and 42.2%, respectively. Lastly, male aged 35 to 44 became the least age group for male who trained on a daily basis, at 39.5%.
Meanwhile, highest percentage for female who trained on a daily basis was those in age category of 45 to 54, at 53.3%. This category was then followed with female in age group of 55 to 64 and 35 to 44 which each had close percentage, at 53% and 52.5%, consecutively. Next, female aged 25 to 34 was at the next place which accounted for 48.9%. Lastly, female in age category of 15 to 24 and 65 and over became the least female categories who trained regularly, where each accounted for 47.7% and 47.1%, respectively.
