To the manager,
Tribhuwan international airport, Nepal

My name is Begraj Pudasainee and I am writing this letter to complain about my unsatisfactory experience I had at the airport last week.

Let me explain you my travel itinerary, I landed at the airport on 23rd of february by dragon Airlines flight number AF209 at 2100 hrs. I had boarded on the flight in Singapore at 1700 local time.

There were a couple of drawbacks I encountered after getting off the plane. The first problem was that there were 100s of people stranded in the arrival counter due to lack of knowledge to fill the Arrival Notification Form. The travellers were not sure whether the forms needed to be filled or not being as a native citizen as most of them were illiterate. However, when I went through the form and found that it was written clearly that the form was only for the foreigners.There were no one to assist the poor passengers. likewise, the other problem I noticed was the untidiness of the surroundings and the toilets. The laboratories were filthy and smelt disgusting.

I believe, the concerned authority should pay a close attention to such amenities as soon as possible. The airline should designate the staff sufficiently to assist the travellers. The toilets must be cleaned several times in a day to maintain the rewarding standard and hygiene. The floors should be vacuumed and time and again and kept spotless all the time.
