Overall what stand out the graph is most people found it great to learn English language than other slangs. Another interesting point is that Russia is located in most part of the world. However less people learnt Russian language.
Looking at the details, english language learnt in three years such as 1990, 2000 and 2010 the percentages of 60, 70 and 80 respectively. In 1990 people learnt French language in half part of English language in that year. Moreover in other years learnt french language in less numbers. German language was educated to the secondary school pupiles just over three years with following raises while Spanish language was tought significantly in the same numbers it was about the higher rates was about 20 and for other years was around less percents. Russian language learnt less pupile than all other language due to enurmous country.
