The facilities in this room are quite similar exclude the table and chairs, a bookshelf, a bathroom, a television, a bed companied with a study desk and the cupboard because this is a single room.
Overall, the two rooms are designed for different demands of different type of students with an appropriate fee level for particular facilities the university provides.
