You eat at your college cafeteria at lunch time every day.. However, you think it needs some improvements. Write a letter to the college magazine. In your letter:
explain what you like about the cafeteria
say what is wrong with it
suggest how it could be improved
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Duddle,
I am writing to draw your attention to the cafeteria service at college that needs some improvements.
I have been eating food from cafeteria since one year.I have found its food quality is not lower than a three star restaurant and prices were cheaper as compared to other colleges.
Although, they have maintained food quality, but recently the owner of cafeteria has revised the prices. An abrupt change in the price list is un-affordable for students. they have doubled the prices of those food items that have been sold out quickly.
secondly, they have reduced their sitting area and replaced it with dish-washing space. students usually have to wait for half an hour to find out some place to sit and have some food. Visitors usually struggle to get out of sitting area. due to over crowded cafeteria at lunch time, students have to buy food stuff from hawkers outside. I have noticed absentees in my class are increasing due to stomach pain and eating unhygienic food from outside.
As a solution, I would recommend you to take a notice on revised prices and making it affordable for students. secondly, it would be appreciated if you could broaden the space in cafeteria so that students do not have to wait for longer time in queue.
I am looking forward hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
