The three pie charts give the information about changes in annual spending in different criteria by a particular UK school in 1981, 1991 and 2001.
In all the 3 years, teacher's salaries was the most dominant criteria in total school spending with 40%, 45% and 50% in 1981, 1991 and 2001 respectively. The next dominant was other worker's salaries with 28% and 22% respectively in 1981 and 1991 respectively but in 2001 only 15% was spent on it. Least amount of money was spent in insurance in 1981 and 1991 with just 2% and 3% respectively, however, in 2001 importance of insurance was felt and about 8% of total money was spent on it. Although only 5% of total money was spent on furniture and equipment in 1991, 15% and 23% of total money was spent on it in 1981 and 2001 respectively. The expenditure in resources also varied in three different years with 15%, 20% and 9% in 1981, 1991 and 2001 respectively.
