I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the noise coming from my neighbors recently, which bothers me so much that I need to report it to you.
I have lived in this neighborhood for the last six months and have greatly enjoyed my experience here. However, the past two months have been challenging. The noise I am complaining about comes from his late-night parties. At first, he only threw parties in the evening, so it did not bother me much. Might I suggest that, as a chairman of the residential committee, it would be advisable for you to contact my neighbor and refer to government laws if he refuses to cooperate.
I hope that we can find a settlement before next week. Unless this matter is solved, I will have no choice but to take legal action.
