The pie charts demonstrate the utilization of water which was utilized by five particular types of shops in Sydney, Australia in two particular years 1997 and 2007.
Overall, what stands out from the graph is that the food industry used the highest portion of water in both years, while the building industry was the least.
To begin with the food industry, in 1997 almost half of the water, clearly, 48% was used by this sector, then after ten years, the amount declined 7% from the previous record. Nevertheless, it remained the highest, while in the case of the building industry, in 2007, only 2% of total water had been used, and it was less than 3% from the previous decade. In the manufacturing industry, the value climbed down to 15 to 11 percent.
However, every sector decreased their usages in the next period, whereas there was a significant change in the service industry. While the percentage was 13 in 1997 but after 10 years the amount was doubled than the previous value. Noe turning to the household usages, similar to service but not noticeably, 2% percent increased in 2007.
