Dear Sir,
I am writing to share my experience about the short-term Chinese cooking course that I had attended at your cooking academy last week.
I would like to mention that the course was very well organised and cleanliness and hygiene was maintained at the kitchen counters. The thing that I found most exciting about the course was that we had to make the entire dish ourselves as per the directions from the head Chef. Moreover the questions and answers session at the end of class was very useful.
I had prepared numerous dishes which I have learned during the course but also created many more fusions. I myself prepared the entire chinese main course for my brother’s birthday and I have received excellent feedback from my friends and family.
Could you please let me know about other cooking courses with your academy which will help me enhance my cooking skills even further as I am planning to start my catering business very soon.
Looking forward to your reply at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Ishween kaur
