The stages of recycling used plastic bottles into clothes are depicted in the process diagram. Overall, the method contains totally 12 steps, from cutting to cleaning and altering, starts with selecting bottles from households and finishes when clothing is ultimately produced.
The recycling process begins when plastic bottles are collected from housing and transported by recyclable garbage carrying trucks to factories where they are prioritized into identical sizes and qualities. Prior to being cleaned, the plastic bottles are transferred through the process of being cut into small pieces. Subsequently, the materials produced by previous steps are left to dry out under the sunshine for approximately 10 hours.
Moving on to analyse the remaining stages of the process, having been boiled in high pressure, the plastic pieces are strained into rollings of yarn. Penultimately, the yarn is weaved into separate units of fabric which are manufactured into clothes in the final stage.
