According to the professor, fire has provided ideal habitat for some animals like rabbit because it had removed old trees. As a result, it can bring more bane than boon for specific animals.
Finally, the reading makes it clear that fire can subside the worth of Yellowstone Park as a tourist attraction for people. On the other hand, the professor opposes this point by explaining that it is not an unusual factor for forests like Yellowstone.
