However, the professor in the lecture casts serious doubt on the passage by using a number of points that are contrary to each of the author's reasons.
First of all, the reading claims that fire in the park has caused serious damages to the trees and vegetarian. In contrast, the professor refutes this point by saying that fire provides positive consequences for vegetarian environment. He mentions that fire gives a chance to other plants to grow. Besides it provides opportunity for some certain plants to appear. As a matter of fact, we could have seen more diversity after fire.
On another hand, the article posits that fire affect a lot of animals in the Yellowstone park. However, the teacher describes that it brought new opportunity for animals. According to the professor, fire has provided ideal habitat for some animals like rabbit because it had removed old trees. As a result, it can bring more bane than boon for specific animals.
Finally, the reading makes it clear that fire can subside the worth of Yellowstone Park as a tourist attraction for people. On the other hand, the professor opposes this point by explaining that it is not an unusual factor for forests like Yellowstone. We also learn that this park has experienced additional catastrophic including fire after 1988.
