The given diagram depicts the process in which colored plastics paper clips are produced at a small scale in a factory.
Overall, there are total 5 distinct stages to create end products, beginning with raw material, and ending with packing and distributing process to consumer pots.
The production of paper clips is taken place in a small factory where raw plastic, after being molten, is categorized into different frames in terms of color, including red, blue and yellow at the first stage. At the point of the stage, initial plastic is boiled at high temperature and then poured into colored molds to generate colorful clips. Following that, those clips come into quality control process by a modern machine with a view to examining their strength. If they can not meet the quality demand, they will be rejected to transform to next steps.
At the third stage, high-quality clips are sorted by hand and then divided into 2 groups, namely mixed colors and single colors, before the repetition of quality control process. The second and also the last check is conducted based on color criteria. Eventually, colored paper clips are packed and sent respectively to stores and supermarkets, ready for sale.
