Given is a pie chart delineating the proportions of people volunteering in various kinds of organisations during a 6-year period, commencing from 2008.
It is perceptible that there was a surge in the percentage of environmental, health care and sport while the reverse was true for art, education and others.
In 2008, the proportion of education was up to 24%, followed by environmental with 21%. The third rank was art with 18% and next was sport with only 15%. The rest was health care with 7%. While the remaining accounted for 15%.
6 year later brought a sea change in the proportions of people volunteering in various kinds of organisations. The leader was environmental with a drastic leap to 29% while the second rank was sport with 25%. Even though education slumped, yet it remained in its original position as the third, followed by art when it slumped to 12%. Even though health care has increased, it still ranks 5th. The similar trend was observed in other producers with 9%
