The diagram demonstrates graphically how leather goods are produced from animal hide. Overall, the pelt should undergo some process to turn into products.
Taking a look at the diagram, at first, the animal hide is hung out to be dried by means of sun's rays and wind. Thence, the animal skin is transferred to a factory by a lorry. Following that, in the factory, the hide is washed in a tank of water and lime, and then the pelt is immersed in a vat filled with lime. After that the hide needs to be flattened by means of a device which is equipped with some rollers, and then the pelt is soaked in Tamin which is a solution of water and vegetable matter. Moreover, appearing some wrinkles on the pelt, the pelt is polished to become smooth enough.
Eventually, the skin, being regarded as raw materials, is carried to another factory by using a truck. In this factory, the pelt is used and in turn, various goods such as shoes, purses, balls, etc., are produced.
