Some people think that there must be fixed punishment for all types of crimes. Do you agree/disagree
Some people are inclined to believe that having a fixed punishment is the most productive way of handling prisoners. Personally, I disagree with that statement and truly believe that it will only bring detriment. In this essay, I will try to state my point of view with proper examples and arguments.
First of all, a fair penalty is directly proportional to the act that you committed, motive and scale. For instance, rapists and tax frauds cannot be put in the same equation under any circumstances due to their complete differences. Therefore, imposing the standardized penalty for everyone is totally inequitable.
Secondly, a single judgement on any kind of law break will bring society to total chaos. Knowing that committing a simple crime such as driving a car without a license will be equivalent to any other severe and brutal violation of the law, will bring fear into people's everyday lives. Thus, everyone will be afraid to do anything out of the box, which will eventually doom society
In conclusion, it is manifest that providing the same sentence is completely unfair and an absurd idea that will bring detriment to humanity.
- Some people think that a regular language test helps children to improve their knowledge 83
- Some people think that you can not get a good education in a foreign country 88
- Some people think that literate people are more difficult to control than illiterate 74
- Some people think that certain prisoners should be made to do unpaid community work instead of being put behind bars To what extent do you agree or disagree 60
- some people think that music festivals should be held only in the capital city 60

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
