The two bar graphs illustrate career categories of graduate and postgraduate students in the United Kingdom except those who had full-time work after leaving university in 2008.
Overall, in both two groups of students, doing further study was the orientation which was the most chosen, while doing volunteer work took the fewest choice.
Regarding the first picture, in the graduate group, approximately 30 thousand students chose extra study, followed by nearly 17,7 thousand one working part-time jobs. Unemployed students took a large number of over 16 thousands, after by 3500 people worked for charity lately.
According to the data in the second graph, the same trend as the aforementioned group had been witnessed by the highest number of 2725 postgraduate students who preferred to do further study. Those who had part-time jobs took more than 2500 ones, however, over 1600 post students had not been recruited yet for a year. Finally, there was only 345 choice to do voluntary work.
