The line graph illustrates the statistics of the variated amount of visitor to a particular Carribean island from 2010 to 2017.
Overall, two types of visitors and their total had some variations, but all of them showed generally upward trends during 7 years.
At the beginning of the graph, the number of visitors staying on cruise ships was around 0.25 million of people while the number of those staying on island was approximately triple at about 0.75 million people. After 1 year, the cruise ships tourists figure had a sharply increase to 0.5 million. On the other hand, island staying visitors number tended to remain stable. Therefore, the total of them had a slight change from 1 million in 2010 to about 1.25 million in 2011.
From 2011 to 2012, there was a dramatically decline in the quantity of cruise ships choicer to reach the low point at around 0.5 million, after which started to rise gradually to the year 2015. In contrast, the figure of another factor showed a dramatically increase from three quarter of 1 million to about 1.25 million in 2012, and this was followed by a sharp incline to reach its peak at 1.5 million and stayed stable there to 2015. In general, the total showed an upward trend from 1.25 million to estimated 2.75 million in 2015, which was the most stable figure.
The visitor staying on cruise ships continued to rise sharply from 2015 to reach the peak at around 2 million in 2017 while at that time, another had a fluctuation, after staying stable for 3 years, it fell sharply to 1.25 million, at which point started to rise again to 1.5 million in 2017. During that period of time, the total figure showed a stable statistic when it remained 2.75 million people from 2015 to 2016, after which had a significantly increase to reach the highest point at 3.5 million people in 2017.
