Overall, it is evident that wasted glass bottles undergo a series of steps to renew products which are ready for selling in the supermarket.
In the first stage, glass pollutants are collected and stored in the collection points before being delivered to be cleaned. After that, they are completely washed under the high-pressure water and divided into different categories such as brown, green and clear bottles. In the next step, the wasted glass bottles are moved to the glass factory and become the glass pieces after passing through the crushing step. Then these pieces continue being burned in furnace under high temperature which is from 600 degree to 800 degree. During the movement to the next step, the manufacturers add the new liquid glass and mix them with recycle one to shape in the glass mould. The finaled products are new bottles which can be reused and sold in the retail distribution systems.
In conclusion, the glass polutants undergo 3 stages and 10 steps to be renewed and ready for being used by consumers.
