Whether parents should arrange a lot of extra activities outside school?

I acknowledge that these enrichment activities are advantageous; however, I consider them beneficial but secondary.
So, what are the primary or the most significant elements for children's success and development at an early age?

My answer is the environment. More specifically, a parental-established environment.
Because kids learn how to speak and act, how to be curious and creative, and deal with setbacks all through people around them. From the people closest to them, most of their parents, kids are modeling habits and forming the earliest attitudes toward the external world.

Therefore, instead of sending your kids to piano or chess classes, the more effective way of promoting your kids' development is you, as a good example. Parents who are always earnest in exploring the world and curious about new knowledge will shape kids' minds in the same way. Shaping the mind is prior to the outside school interest classes, or kids can not fully adopt the knowledge in the best way from the enrichment activities.

Check out whether there is curiosity, diligence, or imagination in your daily context. If you do not possess these values, then change your mindset and live it out loud. After your, your kids will follow up on what you did every day surprisingly.

The dynamic environment of your home is an excellent class for your kids. Therefore, I believe parents should not arrange extra activities outside the school before kids are internally well prepared.
